Cookies and similar storage in use
The Turkistan Pharma website is designed as a static corporate website. Its contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile is configured without pre-clearance, so the site does not request a Cloudflare clearance cookie; Turkistan Pharma itself writes no information to localStorage or sessionStorage.

Why there is no cookie banner
A consent panel is useful only where a real preference exists. Turnstile is used solely as a necessary anti-abuse control rather than for advertising, analytics or personalisation. Since the current site does not place consent-dependent cookies or similar identifiers, showing accept and reject controls would not represent an actual technical choice. This notice provides transparency about that position.
Server records are not browser cookies
The hosting infrastructure may create standard server access and security logs when a page or file is requested. Separately, the contact form derives a pseudonymous HMAC rate-limit key from the IP address to compare attempts within a 15-minute window. These operations occur on the server and do not write a cookie or similar value into your browser.
Technical records are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service and are handled as personal data where they can relate to an identifiable person. Further information appears in the Privacy Notice.
Turnstile, media and external links
Cloudflare Turnstile loads only on pages containing the contact form and evaluates technical browser or device signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. According to Cloudflare, it does not access, store or transmit form entries or message content. The website’s video, poster images, fonts and visual assets are served from the site itself rather than through an embedded third-party player. External services such as WhatsApp open only when you select the relevant link. The destination service then operates under its own privacy and cookie terms.
If the technology changes
Before adding analytics, advertising, external embeds or any other non-essential cookie or browser identifier, we will assess the purpose and legal ground, update this notice and introduce a default-off preference mechanism where consent is required. Users will be able to make category-level choices and withdraw consent as easily as it was given.
How to check or control browser data
You can inspect or delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. Browser controls differ by product and version. Blocking all cookies can affect websites that rely on essential session functions, although the current Turkistan Pharma corporate site does not require a cookie for ordinary browsing.
